Just wanted to wish everyone well in their celebrations of our Lady, however you choose to honor her.

Today, I ate a nice bowl of oatmeal and milk, and gave a little in honor of her. After that, I cleaned the apartment and also made my annual walk of the house and my annual renewal of my “charms”, as it were. This mainly consists of lighting a candle in every corner, at every window and door and at every threshold while saying a prayer for protection, and then I sprinkled salt water around saying another prayer for making our rooms into a safe and calm haven. Spring cleaning, even if there is still plenty of snow on the ground still.

I also lay out a brat last night for her blessing, and left it in the sun today just to get nice and energized. I also made a loaf of bread, did a little bit of creative writing and plan on enjoying a nice meal made with lots of butter and cream and cheese tonight. Yum!
